Dear Client,
With great pleasure, I write this letter as the first official quarterly client newsletter. We have heard your request for more communication, and we look forward to answering that call with dynamic and diverse forms of content as we move forward in 2023. So, firstly, thank you for your feedback, and, as always, it is our pleasure to update you on what’s happening here at BG Wealth Group.
As always, performance remains at the top of mind for the team here at BG Wealth Group. We are happy to report that our property portfolio across North America is trending at 10 times the ROI of traditional investment vehicles. [Yes, you read that number correctly.] In addition, we are consistently seeing returns hover at a range between 29%-56% against a traditional industry average of 6%. We look forward to replicating these results with our new acquisitions and development endeavors in 2023.
Q1 also brought with it great excitement and the promise of new things to come here at the firm. I personally attended a family office conference in the Cayman Islands last month with CAASA [Canadian Association for Alternative Strategies & Assets]. I brought back new inspiration for what we can offer to our clientele. We continue to roll out the BG Wealth Group Real Estate Growth Fund and have further refined our criteria for finding the best and most high-performing properties.
With inflation wreaking havoc on the cost of living in the United States, we are ready with investment solutions to help strengthen our client’s portfolios. In this month’s newsletter, you will read about new opportunities for deploying your home equity, ideas for diversifying your portfolio and our new referral program, which offers our clients the chance to make money with us. Canada welcomes 1.8M renters
Immigration has played an integral role in the Canadian real estate market. A survey commissioned by Royal LePage found that newcomers typically buy a home five years after coming to Canada, and in the meantime, they rent. Canada will welcome 1.8 million immigrants between 2022-2025, and most of them will settle down in the Ontario and Greater Toronto Area. Where immigrants decide to rent or purchase homes will impact both demand and price. And BG Wealth Group will be there to assist!

BG Wealth Group joins CAASA
BG Wealth Group is now a member of the Canadian Association of Alternative Strategies and Assets (CAASA). This announcement comes at a time when the firm is expanding its product offering and undertaking various construction and development projects to enhance the asset values within its portfolio.
In January, BG Wealth Group Chief Operating Officer Peter Pappas attended “Family Office Protection,” the organization’s annual family office conference in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands. Upcoming events include the Family Office Summit in April.
BG Wealth Group doubles office space
We are excited to continue growing our workforce in Canada and the USA. In May 2022, our office moved to Downtown Toronto, and we doubled our space in 2023. We welcome you to visit us at our address: 460 Richmond Street W, Unit 601, Toronto.
Registration is open for Investors Mastermind
Registration for our virtual Q1 Investors Mastermind – scheduled for March 15 – is now open to all investors. Thank you to those who joined us in December for a lively Q4 session. We discussed property performance, market conditions and the newest opportunities for generational wealth at BG Wealth Group.
This quarter’s event is themed ROI: Return on Innovation and will focus on new products and initiatives coming online in 2023 and the benefits those present for our clients.
